What is JZZ-MIDI-SMF for? Is Syntronik compatible to Coarse Tuning?

If I install NPM and Node JS and JZZ-MIDI-SMF, will my computer and DAW be able to read, write and play MIDI messages that they didn't read before?

Channel coarse Tuning CC 101, value 0. CC 100, value 2. CC 6, any value and I get no result after that.
