I believe UTF8 is the most common encoding in MIDI files regardless of what the specs say.

Third byte is the device ID. 10 means for the device 10, 7f means for all devices. Check the specs 🙂

"Delete" only works on the replies. If the spammer started a new topic, "Delete" does not show up.

NPM has nothing to do with MIDI. It just installs the dependencies to run the node.js application.
