I think the answer is kind of obvious, what happens if `AllCtrlList` and `ChCtrlList` properties return different definitions? Does the specification document on those properties (M2-117-UM) clarify what should be taken? Or are such definitions just invalid and should not happen? (I hope not).

Will a newer `AllCtrlList` property value take precedence over old `ChCtrlList` definition? (I hope not, IMO there should be empty `ChCtrlList` to make that happen.)
