It would be lovely if someone on the team involved with MIDI 2.0 Clip File specs would update on the current state of development!

Hi Lukas. Not sure what you mean by the current state of development?
The MIDI Clip Specification was release a little while ago, and now it is up to the different companies to implement it.

However, the SMF2 Working Group is also working on a proposed container format - although there is is still much to discuss 🙂

In terms of example files - there are some examples available for Corporate Members, I'll ask to see if these can be made available for the public. Unfortunately sometimes there are copyright issues that needed to be addressed.

There were some example files attached in previous post, but due to migration of the forum it seems they got lost. As well it seems other MIDI 2.0 related posts are lost, at least I could not find them anymore..
