For noteposition and length slidebar and length i am thinking keep the range of 0-127 and have each step represent +-50 ms.
128*50=6400 so 6.4 seconds.

Setting default to 63 on slidebars.
It gives +- 3.2 seconds to move position and add remove extra length to notes.

Well i already have a +-ms granularity selector so i may fetch the value from that.
