I have a Launchkey Mini MK3 with 3.5mm midi out .... IK Uno Synthetizer has 2.5mm midi in..
Can i use a TRS cable 3.5mm to 2.5mm??????????

Novation and IK use different wirings for their TRS connectors (see How to Make Your Own 3.5mm mini stereo TRS-to-MIDI 5 pin DIN cables). You would need a cable that exchanges the tip and ring contacts.
