Newbie here... I'm trying to find out how to build a MIDI circuit to control relays for switching. For example, if I was building an effect pedal (or multiple pedals) that I needed to mount at my equipment rack, but I wanted to control it/them via my midi control pedal at my pedalboard. What I am looking for is a way to turn on and off relays with the midi circuit and do hard connections to the relays in place of the footswitches normally used on effect pedals (ie; replace the footswitch with a midi controlled relay). What I need is a midi circuit (or device) that I can use to control the relay(s). Does such a thing exist and if so, where can I find it? Sorry if I am over-explaining.
