The MIDI Association at the 41st CSUN Assistive Technology Conference

MIDI Association — Booth 1312

Dates: March 11–13, 2026
Location: Anaheim Marriott, Anaheim, CA, USA

The 41st CSUN Assistive Technology Conference is the largest event of its kind worldwide — a global gathering of accessibility leaders, researchers, developers, educators, and advocates committed to innovation and empowerment. CSUN serves as a vital platform for authentic representation, cross-cultural collaboration, and the exchange of best practices and emerging technologies that empower people with disabilities. As policies evolve internationally (including the European Accessibility Act), CSUN provides an essential forum for understanding how accessibility is shaping product development and more inclusive societies.

Connect Through MIDI

At CSUN 2026, The MIDI Association will showcase how open standards and inclusive design can remove barriers to music-making. Our booth theme, Connect Through MIDI, highlights how MIDI enables people of all abilities to create, perform, and communicate through music.

At Booth 1312, you can explore accessible music technology concepts and hands-on demonstrations centered around:

  • Interoperable assistive music devices and controllers
  • Accessible instrument design and alternative input methods
  • MIDI 2.0 building blocks that support inclusive musical expression
  • Connectivity solutions that simplify adaptive setups
