Karrie began her career in live sound at the age of 18, Karrie Keyes has been the monitor engineer for Pearl Jam and Eddie Vedder for 27 years. She’s also spent ten years 1990-2000 as a monitor engineer for Red Hot Chili Peppers and has mixed a very diverse list of additional artists.
Erika Earl
Erika is an Audio Engineer with over a decade of experience in designing, servicing, and maintaining audio electronics for professional recording studios. Her career highlights include, Director of Hardware Engineering at Slate Digital, Head of Technology / Sr. Technical Engineer at LA’s legendary The Village Recording Studios, and a position on The Advisory Council for the Producers & Engineering Wing of The Recording Academy. Erika believes anyone with desire, discipline, and a little imagination can leave giant footprints and she sees the spirit of innovation and social activism in Mind Makers.
Michael Bangs
Michael Bangs’ 20+ year career includes experiences as a monitor engineer and production manager for A-list acts including Aerosmith, Eric Clapton, Katy Perry, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. A pioneer in surfaceless mixing, Bangs joined Allen & Heath to provide support to those on the road using dLive systems.
