Jamstik MFC1
Product Description
How It’s Innovative
UNIQUE MAPPING OPTIONS: In addition to many standard MIDI messages, the MFC1 inputs can be mapped to MMC messages or Jamstik sysex messages to provide hands-free control of DAWs, Jamstik guitars, or the Jamstik Creator virtual instrument.
MODERN CONFIGURATION: The device can be configured via on-board menus, or via a configuration UI in the Jamstik Creator.
DEEP CUSTOMIZATION: MIDI actions can be renamed depending on user application. The device carries 9 user-customizable mapping profiles, which can easily be transferred to a computer for backup or sharing. The footswitch LED colors and behaviors can be customized within a profile.

Most Inspiring Use Cases
One of the most compelling uses of the MFC1 is integrating the controller with an existing pedal rig while simultaneously controlling Jamstik MIDI Guitar settings. As Patrick Breen shows in his demo video, an MFC profile could be set up which sends MIDI Controller messages to MIDI-capable effects pedals, allowing fast access when performing or recording. Within the same profile, a knob or switch could be mapped to a setting on the Jamstik MIDI Guitar, allowing the user to transpose or toggle pitch bend on or off at the press of a footswitch. Another footswitch could be mapped to record/stop in the DAW. The result is a profile customized to the user’s needs, streamlining the process of recording guitar parts, MIDI parts, or both.
Expansion Plans
We offer regular firmware updates for the MFC1, which can easily be installed via Jamstik Creator. The Jamstik Creator software is also updated several times per year with new features and improvements.
Commercialization
The MFC1 is currently offered for sale on the Jamstik website, as well as through select retailers.
