The Ivory 3 engine is the only technology to combine the realism of digital sampling with the dynamic expression of modeling. With this capability Synthogy was the first to support MIDI 2.0 hi-resolution velocity to realize 65,536 timbre levels with controllers like the Roland A-88MKII. In 2025 Ivory 3 American Concert D demonstrated MIDI-CI and a Preview of the Piano Profile at the 2025 Winter NAMM Show.
