According to the manual, the controller itself has no such function.

You could route the MIDI data through your desktop computer or laptop, and run some software that translates the MIDI messages in the way you want. (For example, Bome MIDI Translator Classic, but there are many others.)
If you do not want to lug your computer around, you could add MIDI ports to a small computer like the Raspberry Pi and program it appropriately, or, more expensively, pay somebody else to put everything in a box for you (for example, BomeBox).
