Good evening, I ask everyone for help:
I have 2 keyboards that have only midi USB cable and it was my intention to connect both to a Win10 PC (with touch screen) with a USB Hub and find a software (possibly free) that, through program changes, would simultaneously change the sounds to both of them the keyboards by touching only a "memorized scene".
On Mac I already do this with Mainstage, and I was wondering if there was anything for Win10.

I don't know if any of them will help with your specific issue, but check out Reaper, Camelot, Cubase, VSThost, and VSTack by Steinberg

Maybe checkout Carla, it is free VST host, it supports Windows and macOS.
