Hello everybody.

I am glad I found this website because I have a problem:

" C note appears as D# in my DAW "

Currently I am using Logic Pro X as my primary DAW and Reason as my secondary. My midi keyboard is a Nektar ix49 and a Akai LPD8 on a Mac Pro with OS EC.
After I updated to EC 10.11.6 and installed some new plugins my problem was solved for a short time.
I tried al my midi ports, reset the midi driver and tested my midi keyboard in the midi configuration screen and still have the same problem.

Please tell me if you know a solution to this problem.

I also forgot to mention that every note is not what it should be. It looks like they all have shifted.

Any help is welcome

Most keyboards have a "transpose" setting that lets you shift all the keys like this. You may have accidentally set your keyboard's transpose setting to +3. This would make pressing a C send a D# instead. If this is the case, setting the transpose setting to 0 will resolve the issue.

Thanks Bavi_H,

I have done it before like that, without succes but never entered 0 only + or - but 0 is the correct value to press.

Never thought it would be that easy.
