I have a Roland PMA-5 from 1996 and I want to know if the MIDI jacks are powered or not? The original MIDI spec 1.0 specified a 5v power but I am unable to determine if this is the case with this device's MIDI jacks.

I want to be able to use this device with the MIDI Solutions Quadra Thru box and it requires the sending MIDI device have powered jacks. Any help is greatly appreciated.
