I have SOLVED The Problems!!!. I have Roland E-36. When you use old keyboard with accompanied music (where you can press chord and the keyboard will play along bass, drums, acc, etc), you have to manually set OFF each other channel, leave only one channel ON so your MIDI OUT only send your note from one channel only. The fail key or suspended note happens when your keyboard send multiple channel information to your DAW. This is not due to cheap MIDI to USB converter.
