Right, it might be better if the Roland FA had a THRU.

However, you need to check if it has some sort of THRU switch (I have at least one device, also Roland, which has such a switch, maybe in firmware). which will allow anything coming in the IN to go to the OUT unaltered. Or, this keyboard may do that anyway, without any switch.

I assume you've tried Nord OUT to Roland IN, Roland OUT to Helicon IN. What did that do? You might also have to check re channels, so that midi commands intended for one device ONLY do not cause problems for another device. Maybe the Helicon should receive data on one channel ONLY, in which case you need to make sure the Roland disregards that channel.

Thanks for your answer, I made the connections as I said in my post, but the FA unfortunately does not have the Midi Thru, I could check in the software settings of the FA, but I do not know if changing some parameter can change something, but I will do same a test ... unless you buy a Midi Merge that has various Midi entries and try to make connections through it, but I see it a somewhat garbled thing

I don't see that your original post states how you connected the devices, or what happened when you connected them. You might also try the connections I suggested, and say what happens then.

Not all devices have a THRU socket. How important this is will depend on the internal connections of the unit. The THRU is intended for daisy-chaining units, so that data coming IN goes out again without being affected by the unit. THRU is actually an OUT that echos whatever comes in via the IN. But if the IN has a direct connection to OUT anyway, then a specific THRU may not be essential.
