Unable to connect

Please give us some more information.
What are the devices you're trying to connect?
Are you using MIDI cables (DIN type) or are you using USB?
Is there software involved, such as a DAW?
Do any of the devices give any sort of error message?

Agree with Geoff. A lot more details are seeded. Pictures would help. Video even better.
