Help required to connect guitar patches to Korgax3000g via my laptop.
I have the USB midi in and out interface cable. I have downloaded the guitar patch I want onto my laptop and saved it but it does not recognise the Korg. Why will this not work could you send details step by step instructions as I am not a computer expert.

Your computer will not recognize the Korg but the MIDI interface.
What kind of file have you downloaded? .mid or .syx or something else?
