So sad to hear of the recent death of Vangelis, I was always fascinated with his synth music.

I don't know if he ever did anything with midi in the way that we do here, but I've no doubt he was using it to connect devices together.

I've got at least a couple of great midi files of his music, I especially like one of the Main Theme from '1492'. Just been listening to the similar theme from 'The Bounty'.

I wish I could use the devices I have to make something even a fraction as powerful!
