Eldoraudio Piano Audio to MIDI Converter

Eldoraudio’s piano audio to MIDI converter uses a custom-trained ML model to convert piano audio recordings into accurate MIDI files. Trained specifically for piano on our own large dataset of piano recordings, it’s designed for musicians and music makers who want fast, high-quality note detection without having to pick out notes by ear. It captures nuances such as pedaling, velocity, and timing with incredible accuracy.

The innovation here lies in the data: Eldoraudio trained its ML model on a large, self-created dataset of original piano recordings, rather than depending on existing public transcription datasets. Daniel Johnson, the founder of Eldoraudio, holds a bachelor of music degree in piano performance from BYU, and he provided the dataset through hours of his own playing. This grounds the model’s accuracy in high-quality piano performance data collected specifically for this purpose.

Pianists recording their own improvisations, arrangements, or performances and instantly getting a MIDI version they can edit, transpose, or use as a notation starting point, without needing to already know music theory or transcription by ear.
