ShowMIDI is designed for immediate display of MIDI messages without having to wade through logs. For decades we’ve assumed that MIDI loggers are how to deal with MIDI data streams. ShowMIDI instead organizes everything in hierarchical buckets, and automatically presents them in the way that matters to you as a human. You can leave ShowMIDI running while using any MIDI product and at a glance you’ll always see the messages that are pertinent to you at that time. Wading through MIDI messages in a log is almost never necessary anymore.
