GrooveConductor is a software prototype that turns a single touch surface into a live groove engine. Instead of step-programming patterns, the user moves across a performance surface to reshape kick, drums, and bass together in real time. The system keeps these parts rhythmically interlocked and musically coherent, creating grooves that feel performed rather than sequenced. It also outputs MIDI to external devices and software, making it both a composition tool and a live performance instrument.
