The controller has quite a few pots and sliders, which manufacturers of MIDI components would you suggest, that provide all the components needed?

I'd suggest that if you're hoping to get any answer to this, it would be a help to indicate which country you're based in, as a large part of any costs will be postage.
Most of the component you might need are not specifically 'midi', they are just standard electronics components, and many might be equally at home in any sort of audio project.
