I'm new to MIDI. I have an Alesis Q25 and I trying to connect it to my Windows 10 PC via USB 2. I bought the Q25 from a third party. Windows don't seem to recognize the Q25. I'm also using Presonus Studio One v4. Any help would be appreciated.

It should work without having to install a driver.
Does it show up in Device Manager? Can you try another cable or USB port?
