Hello, I just bought a new Samson Carbon 49 Midi Keyboard
When I connected it to the production software I use
but the issue here is when I play chords it seems to have a key off effect or I'm not sure of the effect name
The effect basically repeats the sound after releasing the key
Can someone help me please and tell me how to disable that effect or disable all effects

This sounds as if note-off messages are treated as note-on messages.
Are you using the Carbon's USB or MIDI port?

This is likely to be a problem with your USB/MIDI interface (if it looks like this, it uses the CH345 chip, which is known to be buggy).
If possible, use the USB connection. Otherwise, get a USB/MIDI interface from a reliable brand, such as ESI, iConnectivity, M-Audio, Miditech, or Roland.
