I wonder a bit how the midi beat synch signal work, does it just "assume" that 24 beats per quarter sent.
There seem to be no handshake that tells the synch signal resolution, so it is set at device with default 24?

The MIDI Specification says that Timing Clock messages are sent at a resolution of 24 per quarter note. All MIDI devices must use this resolution.

Yes it seem to work.

Got around to test the midi beat sync signal, the only software that i could easily configure was the old Propeller heads Rebirth "TB-303".
