I’m happy with my IK Multimedia iRig Keys keyboard and use it mostly with USB connection. But there is OUT port with 7 pins socket. I have browsed the web to find out connections for it, but failed. I would be grateful if someone could help me to make a cable or adapter for IK multimedia socket to regular 5 pin DIN. Thank you.
Is the 7-pin port the first one on the back of the unit? If so, that appears to be a specialized lightning connector? If that is the case, it may not be possible. The manual says it is "iOS port" and looks like it comes with a cable that has that 7-pin connector on one end and a lightning connector on the other. Seems an odd way to do it.

However, if you have one of the "2" models (Keys 2 or Keys 2 Pro), they appear to have 3.5mm TRS MIDI in and out ports, and include a TRS MIDI out cable.

Aha - so that should (maybe) have been 'Lightning' (proper name)?
Then again, it doesn't help that I'd had practically nothing to do with ANY Apple/Mac device, and don't plan to. Then again, my wife asks me when her iPhone misbehaves, and I can usually get it to do whatever for her, even if I've no idea what I'm doing!

Haha, no, "Lightning" is the name Apple gave to one of their proprietary connectors. It's on iPhones, iPads, and maybe a few other Apple devices. So this particular port/7-pin weird cable allows you to connect the keyboard to your Apple device.Ehr - what?
A 'lightning connector'? Are you referring to the sort of lightning that zaps down from the sky during a thunderstorm and kills people, or damages trees/buildings.
Maybe you mean 'lighting'? To do with lights. I guess a LOT safer on a keyboard??
